Tempest Clouds

Hello every pony this is my first time drawing a pegasus oc and to be honest it was hard to draw her. 

I had trouble with her wing: Which sorry its too big and no the right angle.  Then deciding on her cutie mark: Also because of the trouble I had with the wing I decided to just have the cutie mark shown above her body and not try to draw a slight cutie mark image covered by the wing look.  Then her hair and tail design: Her hair design is my best work trying to get it like alternate timeline Rainbow Dash's hairstyle from when King Sombra ruled the Crystal Empire and her tail design I just thought it up on the spot.  

Next was her color scheme for the hair and body, also her body design: I decided I want a mlp oc that was a pinto after I saw 's oc and as I was design my Tempest Clouds I thought she be a good fit for the look and I didn't want to copy too much from Crimson's design since the teeth I also got from her oc's design(hope she doesn't mind), but I did try to do the patterns for the pinto look different so I just did some lines that felt alright in my style as best I could(aka I just made the patterns up as I went with the flow).

I was worried I wouldn't be able to finish her since A) Tempest seemed to be a common oc name for mlp ocs since I looked it up before hand so I was glad I thought of the name Tempest Clouds and B) After all the drawing and erasing I did to get this just about right parts of the paper felt that it would of rip apart soon if it kept erasing and doing over the lines.

Sorry if this description is lengthy just thought I let everyone know why I went with what did in designing her. Also if anyone has a mlp oc named Tempest Clouds too let me know and I be willing to change her name a bit since I hate to steal someones else's ideas without knowing.
